Fantastic experience. The staff is caring considerate and have a good grip on reality. Only quam is that wifi is spotty in certain parts and water takes a bit to get warm, BUT the service and experience is so over the top that I feel the Casino hotel deserves 5 stars.
We had a very pleasant stay. Hotel overall appearance was great. The room was really nice. The staff is very friendly. The price was not bad at all. It's not far from the casino at all. We will definitely be staying there again when we come back .

Wanted a room for the night to go to Kickapoo Casino, we tried calling the office no one answered so we hoped for the best they had a room that night and luckily they did. It was $100, I have no complaints. We had the ac at 60 we slept like good. #142
Stayed on New Years Eve for two nights. Arrived at noon and the room was ready and we were allowed to check in. Room smelled fresh and was very clean. Check in was quick and easy. We were even helped unloading our luggage from our car! Customer service was great and available if we needed anything. Parking area is very well lit all night and we felt very safe staying there. Down the road from the Casino so location is perfect. We will definitely stay there again. No coffeemaker in the room but we always take our own. Coffee is available at the front office. Room had microwave and mini fridge. No phone in the room so make sure your cell is charged. All in all I give this place 5 stars and recommend it highly. Great place to say for the price.
We like staying there. Reasonably priced and always accommodate us with a handicap room ground level. Will use it again on our next trip to casino.
This was not my first choice however it did work out for our last minute stay. Appreciated they were able to accommodate us. Front desk was nice and friendly. Room was very clean, but TV only stayed on a channel and remote was broken. There was plenty of hot water and AC worked perfectly.
We stayed one night on our way to Big Bend. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious. We didn't have issues with noise. The reason for 4 stars is that the lady checking us in couldn't get her computer to work....so she couldn't program the room key to work. She sent us the room and our key didn't work so we went back to her and she admitted that she couldn't get the computer to work. So then why did she send us out only to have us come back? She then had to walk us to our room and unlock the door with a master key. It was just odd. Other than that slight hitch, everything was great for a one-night stay.
